Goal
1. The timely delivery rate must be higher than 95%.
2. More than 95% of our products can be passed in the first inspection.

Incoming Quality Control (IQC)
1. To ensure incoming quality, we adopt MIL-STD-105E to sample the incoming materials.
2. Different inspection standards are made according to different types: plastic parts, electronics, hardware, packages and general materials; then on the basis of drawings and incoming inspection standard, we will examine incoming materials strictly and make a record of the data.
3. Those unqualified materials are handled as per “control process of defective products”.
4. We have a complete set of inspection equipments which are all provided by relative authorities.

Input Process Quality Control (IPQC)
1. We have a whole set of inspection instructions, which standardize the inspection methods.
2. The machines are inspected according to the instructions and the defective ones are sent to be maintained and then inspected again.
3. Inspectors will check the instruments and the correctness of material usage.
4. The standard of assembly technology and whole production process are supervised.
5. There are professional engineers providing instructions during the whole production process. And once there is any abnormality, they will analyze the causes quickly and give solutions to these problems.

Final Quality Control (FQC)
1.Paper shredders have to be sampled separately with a proportion of 20% according to the inspection instructions.
2. Those defective products are dealt with as per “control process of defective products”.

Quality Assurance
1. Drop performance, noise and function of our paper shredder are tested before sending to users.
2. There are special persons responsible for dealing with complaints. And the customer satisfaction has reached 100%.
3. Measuring instruments are inspected timely.
4. Quality assurance plan which is in compliance with ISO9000 is implemented strictly.
